Introduction of the School of Communication Signal

The School of Communication and Signal has a long history and has developed from the majors of railway signal and railway communication established in 1972. It is a training base for communication and signaling professionals of the Ministry of Railways. Railway signal automatic control is a major of "national demonstration site" for the transportation category. It has advanced and first-class high-speed rail signal comprehensive training base, urban rail signal comprehensive training base and more than 30 professional training rooms.

Introduction of the Admission Major of Automatic Control of Railway Signals

The major of Railway signal automatic control was founded in 1972. It is a national instructional committee unit on railway vocational education of the major railway signal automatic control. At the end of 2011 it was identified as a major of central financial key construction. It has built railway characteristic professional skill appraisal station and national high-speed rail training base. It mainly trains high-quality technical and skilled talents who can be engaged in the design,production,construction and maintenance of the whole industrial chain of railway signal equipment.

3 Maintenance of interval block equipment Get familiar with the method of semi-automatic block operation,display   and meaning; design method of interval signal equipment layout,circuit   diagram and wiring diagram. Learn the working principle and contact function   of 13 kinds of relay circuits.Master the principle of block partition, maintenance   and fault handling methods of changing operation direction. 5 6
4 Design and construction of railway signal Learn and master the specifications,rules and operation standards of   railway signal construction;basic process methods of signal construction;usage   methods and troubleshooting methods of basic signal equipment. 5 6
5 Centralized dispatching system maintenance Learn the maintenance of TDCS station system and CTC equipment in   dispatching center;the composition and configuration of station extension   cabinet and network interface.Master the use of common network commands,   configuration method of router / MODEM / HUB,display of indicator lamp and   replacement method of acquisition board 5 3
6 Maintenance of train operation control system Learn and master the maintenance of locomotive signal equipment:LKJ   equipment,control system indoor equipment,control system outdoor equipment,   ATP equipment and other system examination and maintenance. 5 5
7 Centralized monitoring of railway signals Understand the use method, maintenance and troubleshooting process of   centralized monitoring system equipment;software defect judgment,recovery and   software installation and upgrade processing related to high-speed rail   signal. Get familiar with and master the fault type,phenomenon, judgment,processing   and equipment recovery process of various signal electrical equipment and   signal microelectronics of high-speed railway;the processing process after   equipment failure;and the replacement method of hardware related to   microelectronics equipment. 5

Graduation Requirements

1. No disciplinary sanction or sanction rescinded;

2. Complete and passed all the courses stipulated and obtain 150 credits;

3. Complete the corresponding public elective courses and receive at least 6 credits.
