On the afternoon of November 21st, the school and Kazakhstan University of Logistics and Transportation held a Sino Kazakhstan International Talent Training Seminar in office building 403. The President of Kazakhstan University of Logistics and Transportation, Shalitanati, Vice President Ganikuda Iberinovich, Director of the International Department, Jana Alimatov, Head of the Representative Office in China, Tina, and a delegation of 5 attended the meeting. Our President, Du Guoxiong, Vice President Zhao Jing, relevant leaders and teachers from the School of International Education and the School of Finance and Logistics Management also attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Zhao Jing.

President Du Guoxiong first warmly welcomed the visit of the President of Kazakhstan University of Logistics and Transportation, Shalitanati, and his delegation. He introduced to the foreign guests the basic situation and achievements of our university in terms of its educational history, characteristics, professional settings, school enterprise cooperation, industry status, international cooperation and exchange. He said that this year, the tenth anniversary of the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, the school and Kazakhstan University of Logistics and Communications have a high degree of matching in school history, school positioning, and professional construction. He expected the two schools to produce tangible results in the future in terms of foreign student training, professional standard output, international curriculum development, and teacher training.

President Shalitanati first expressed gratitude for the warm reception provided by the school. She provided a detailed introduction to the history, professional advantages, technical strengths, and future development direction of Kazakhstan University of Logistics and Transportation. She stated that the joint construction of the "Zhenghe College" in the field of cross-border e-commerce between Kazakhstan University of Logistics and Transportation and our school is a good beginning for the cooperation between universities in China and Kazakhstan, It plays a positive role in promoting the development and future cooperation and exchange of vocational education between China and Kazakhstan. We believe that both sides will use the "Zhenghe College" as the foundation to promote cooperation in various aspects as soon as possible.

In this exchange seminar, both sides had in-depth exchanges on the cultivation of international students, the construction of an international teaching team, professional co construction, and resource sharing, jointly promoting international cooperation and exchange between the two sides.
