On the afternoon of April 18th, the school held a teaching quality supervision meeting for the 2021 Egyptian order class in the A508 conference room of the information center. Vice President Cao Guohong, Special Supervisor Wang Hong of the Egypt International Student Order Class, Leaders of the Locomotive and Rolling Stock College, Communication and Signal College, Power Supply and Engineering College, and International Education College, as well as relevant professional teachers and international student homeroom teachers, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Cao Guohong.

     At the meeting, relevant leaders and homeroom teachers of the Locomotive and Rolling Stock College, Communication and Signal College, Power Supply and Engineering College, and International Education College respectively reported on the recent teaching organization and the learning and living conditions of international students during Ramadan for the 2021 Egyptian order class.

     Vice President Cao Guohong affirmed the education and management work of relevant secondary colleges, departments, and teachers for international students coming to China since the beginning of the school year. He proposed that the Quality Control Department, Academic Affairs Office, and Student Affairs Office should integrate the work of international students into the unified management of the school. In the next stage, it is necessary to organize and do a good job in practical teaching and subject skill competitions for international students, and further improve the quality of education for international students coming to China.

     Professor Wang Hong had in-depth exchanges with participating teachers on the problems encountered during the teaching process of international students, the teaching services and support needed, and the opinions and suggestions on student management. He proposed four requirements: 1. Further strengthen the work of international students and the school's overall chess work; 2. Further strengthen the guidance of quality certification for international students in China on their work; 3. Further enrich students' extracurricular activities; 4. Further standardize the teaching management of international students.

     This meeting deeply analyzed the main problems discovered in the education and teaching process of international students, proposed improvement measures and related work arrangements for the next step, and further improved the teaching quality and effectiveness of international students in China.
