Online Application

Applicants should log in to the online registration system for international students (https://njrts.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx), register an account, fill in and submit application materials online.

Fee Payment

The applicants who pass the examination will receive the fee payment notice sent by the school. The applicants will pay according to the fee standard of the current year. If they fail to pay the registration fee on time, they will be deemed to give up the admission qualification automatically.

Issuance of Admission Materials

The school will deliver and mail the original of the admission notice, the visa application form for foreign students to China (JW202 form) and other supporting materials to the applicants.

Visa Application and Check-in

The applicants will be accepted by NIRT, including the admission notice, the visa application form for foreign students, the physical examination record of foreigners, the blood reports of AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis A and hepatitis B, and the certificates of university or high school graduation certificate (original). Go to the Chinese embassy (consulate) to apply for a study (x1) visa in China, and report to Nanjing Railway Vocational and technical college within the registration period specified in the admission notice. If I can't register for school on schedule, I must get my permission in advance. Otherwise, it will be deemed as automatic waiver of admission.
