Haitham Abdelhady, Deputy Ambassador of the Egyptian Embassy in China, Yuan Jingyu, Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, Chen Wei, Senior Vice General Manager of AVIC International Equipment Co., Ltd., Wang Hong, Vice President of the Jiangsu Education International Exchange Association, Chairman of the Vocational Education Branch, and Special Inspector of the Egyptian International Student Order Class, and Shi Yunyu, Director of the Foreign Cooperation and Exchange Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, Luo Xiang, Vice President of Business Department 5 of AVIC International Complete Equipment Co., Ltd., and Dong Tianyue, Senior Project Manager of AVIC International Complete Equipment Co., Ltd., were invited to attend.      The Secretary of the Party Committee of the school, He Xingchu, delivered a speech. He first warmly welcomed the leaders of the Egyptian Embassy in China, the Provincial Department of Education, and AVIC International Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. who attended the ceremony.      Egypt's Deputy Ambassador to China, Hasem, delivered a speech, expressing sincere gratitude to the Chinese government, AVIC International and China Southern Railway Institute for their full promotion of China Egypt cooperation and strong support for Egypt's education industry. Railway construction is the core of Egypt's infrastructure construction, and talent and skill reserves are the key to railway construction. The Southern Railway Institute - AVIC International Egypt Order Class helps Egyptian youth learn and master railway skills through a school enterprise joint training model, which will lay a solid foundation for the development of Egypt's railway industry, improve the quality and efficiency of railway construction, and make important contributions to the development of Egypt's economy.

     Yuan Jingyu, Deputy Director of the Education Department of Jiangsu Province, delivered a speech. He first warmly welcomed the arrival of Deputy Ambassador Hasem, expressed sincere gratitude to AVIC International for its long-term care and support for the education of foreign students in Jiangsu, and expressed sincere blessings to the departing Egyptian students. He pointed out that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Egypt, their destiny has been shared, united and cooperative, and mutually beneficial. Entering a new era, China Egypt friendship continues to consolidate and develop. In 2014, the relationship between the two countries was upgraded to a comprehensive strategic partnership, and Egypt proposed the "2030 Vision" in 2016. This grand blueprint for Egypt's future development is in perfect harmony with the "the Belt and Road" initiative. The international student of the Southern Railway Institute - AVIC International Egypt Order Class project is the builder of the suburban railway in Egypt's "Ramadan 10th City".
